Often multiple times in one night. However, I have never experienced it along with hallucinations. Usually it just feels like my entire body is asleep and I can't move any part of it, talk or even open my eyes. However, I have had dreams that will lead into short periods of sleep paralysis-- such as dreams of getting drugged, or knocked unconscious. But mine are a little different. It starts with a weird feeling in the back of my head and then I get weird scary feelings in my body. and i feel like i am dying. I cant scream or move my body. but i can open my eyes. and if i stay lying on my back it happens over and over I have dreams like that too. But mine are a little different.
